Google Earth Enterprise

e-GEOS, leading provider of geospatial information services and products, is Google's partner for Italy.

The e-GEOS offer combines REALVISTA quality, based on aerial images of Italy at different resolutions, with the potential of the Google Earth Enterprise platform, to produce an application that runs quickly and has an intuitive user interface. Images can be manipulated interactively on a 3D globe or 2D map using the various internet browsers.

REALVISTA, ITALY's most accurate and up-to-date database

REALVISTA is produced by e-GEOS for the whole of Italy with ground resolution of 50 cm. In the major cities, ground resolution of 20 cm is also available. To complete the company's offer, mapping with ground resolution of 10 cm is available in Italy's two largest cities, Rome and Milan. REALVISTA's features (complete, uniform coverage of the whole of Italy and geometric precision) make it the most accurate and up-to-date database available for Italy.

New applications

e-GEOS' offer may be integrated with other products, data from various satellite missions, as well as services and applications such as maritime surveillance, agriculture and land registry, environmental monitoring, energy and security.
